Frequently Asked Questions
How do we secure our date?
To officially book your date, I require a 25% non-refundable retainer and a signed digital agreement. Once these are in place, the date is exclusively yours, and I will begin the pre-wedding planning process with you.
Do you charge for travel?
For weddings within Essex, travel is included in your collection price. For celebrations further afield or overseas, I provide a simple, transparent travel quote to cover transport and a one-night stay if required.
When will we receive our photos?
I know how much you want to relive the day. For Full Day collections, you will receive a preview gallery of 10–15 images within 7 days. Your complete, hand-curated gallery will be delivered via your private online portal within 8–10 weeks.
Can we add a Filmmaker or Content Creator later?
Absolutely. If you’ve booked a photography collection and later decide you’d like to capture the movement of the day, you can add Cinematography or Social Content to your booking at any time (subject to my availability).
What if it rains?
Some of the most atmospheric and romantic images happen in the rain. I am fully equipped with professional-grade, weather-sealed gear and a creative eye for finding beautiful light in any environment. We will work together to ensure your story looks stunning, regardless of the weather.
